The house sits on its own stretch of Pacific beachfront inside Paradise Coves, a private community of only twelve residences. Eight suites, from the penthouse to the jungle villa and four ocean suites, each open to ocean or garden views, and an elevator links the three levels.

Life centers on the open pavilions: a cathedral palapa living and dining room with floor-to-ceiling glass, a formal dining room for eighteen, a beach living room three steps above the sand and a long table set on the beach. Two heated infinity pools, a jacuzzi, a bar and grill and two BBQ areas sit between the house and the water.
