Sleeps eighteen, with eight full and five half bathrooms, a private pool and jacuzzi, a sunset bar and lounge, a private mini golf course, a 19th hole entertainment space for up to forty, a gym, spa room, media room and game room. A full staff with a chef and house manager is included, and it can be rented together with its neighboring villa for larger gatherings.

The neighboring estate, Pacifico Estates #3, belongs to the same owner. Each can be rented on its own, or both together as one home.
