We've been coming to Punta Mita for a few years now and finding the right house is never as easy as it looks online. Costa understood what we were after pretty quickly. We stayed with our kids and another family, and the house worked out really well for everyone. The staff were lovely, and having everything organized before we got there was a huge help after a long travel day. Already hoping to make it back next winter.

We came down for my wife's birthday with a group of friends. What stood out was having someone local who actually knew the area. We had our hearts set on dinner at a particular restaurant, only to be told they were fully booked. Costa helped us sort it out through their local connections. Small thing, maybe, but it made the evening.

We usually stay at hotels, so renting a private villa with the whole family was a bit of a change for us. Costa made it an easy decision and helped us coordinate everything before arrival. The kids had room to do their thing, the adults could relax, and we could all have dinner together instead of splitting up across hotel tables. It ended up being one of our favorite family trips.

Fuimos a Punta Mita para celebrar los 50 años de mi esposo con nuestros hijos y unos amigos muy cercanos. Yo llevaba meses organizando todo y ya estaba un poco agotada antes de salir. Con Costa sentí que por fin podía soltar un poco el control. Llegar y tener todo listo fue un alivio enorme.

Nothing complicated, no surprises, just a really good week. They were easy to reach whenever we had a question, and the house staff were genuinely great with the kids. We'll be back.
