Punta Mita With Teenagers
Things teenagers do
| Activity | Notes |
|---|---|
| Surf lessons | La Bahia has a short forgiving beach wave. El Anclote and Stinky's suit first sessions. See our surf lessons guide. |
| Boat day | The Marietas Islands, with snorkeling and a regulated Hidden Beach visit |
| Whale watching | Roughly early December to late March |
| Paddleboarding | Calm mornings, often booked through beach clubs |
| Fishing charter | December to May for marlin and sailfish |
| Golf | Two Jack Nicklaus courses, with access arranged through the Club |
The villa
Ask about a game room, a pool, a gym and Wi-Fi, and about bedrooms with separate wings so teenagers and adults each have space. A golf cart can add independence inside the gates, so confirm rules for who may drive.
Beyond the gates
The village of Punta de Mita has restaurants along Avenida El Anclote, and Sayulita, La Cruz and Bucerias add markets and day trips. Hacienda de Mita is the community with a direct walk to the village.
Who this is not for
If your teenagers expect nightlife and a packed social scene, Punta Mita is quiet. Nearby Sayulita is livelier for a day or evening out.
Tell Costa your dates, group size and must-haves in the chat, and we will send the current collection that fits.
